Champion has 15 produce lines for sla batteries,and our produce capacity reach to 1 million pieces of 12v7ah batteries or 84k pieces of 12v100ah per month, this make Champion to be No. 8 among Chinese VRLA battery manufacturers.
Champion Battery consists of over 20 highly trained professional staff that are responsible for new product research and development and the continued improvement to current products. Champion understands the importance of continual improvement of the products and invests heavily in its R&D center. The R&D center cooperates with leading science and technology institutions in China. This cooperation allows them to work with the newest and most technology advanced materials available and to reduce the turnaround time of development of new products.
Champion Battery cooperates with Harbin Institute of Technology and Tianjin University which are leading universities about electrochemistry in China to set up the R&D center.

Champion Quality Warranty
All Champion batteries are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Conditions and claims procedure are set out below.
Period of Guarantee from the date of shipment:
1 year Small sized batteries (under 33Ah);
2 years Middle sized batteries (33Ah-250Ah batteries);
3 years Large sized batteries (2v batteries & Gel batteries).
Conditions:
The battery must be installed and maintained in accordance with the applicable Champion Installation and Operating procedure manual.
A battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 80% or less of its quoted capacity during the guarantee period.
Each battery must be stored, charged, discharged and stored in accordance with the printed instruction.
User agrees that the manufacturer or his agent shall be granted inspection access with reasonable notice.
Guarantee & Warranty period is reduced by 50% for every 8°C increase above 25°C(77°F).
Guarantee & Warranty is void if temperature exceeds 71°C (160°F).
Guarantee & Warranty is void if the battery becomes unserviceable due to fire, wreckage, freezing, neglect, abuse, or any other act of GOD.
Guarantee & Warranty is void if the batteries are used in conjunction with non-Champion batteries.
Claims
Contact original point of purchase for instructions on applicable warranty claim procedures.
Upon satisfactory proof of claim as determined by Champion, the batteries will be repaired or replaced based on the original purchase price and the portion of the warranty term remaining to be applied towards the purchase of a replacement battery.
